If you run Meta ads, you must set up the conversions API. It sends web events from a dedicated server, which is more dependable than the pixel alone.
My favorite method for setting up the API is the API Gateway. The problem is that it ain’t cheap. You have to pay for your own Amazon server, and costs can run up to $100 or so per month.
But you don’t need to pay for your own server if you set up the API Gateway using Stape instead. [NOTE: I get nothing from Stape for mentioning this.]
I was blown away by how easy it was to set up. I literally had the API Gateway up and running within 10 minutes. Most of your time is spent setting up usernames and passwords and checking emails for confirmation.
